Straight 20mm wide chisel with a semi circular profile Beaver Craft

Traditional, comfortable straight chisel with semi-circular blade is a perfect tool for the initial shaping of the surface of a sculpture or bas-relief. It finishes the background perfectly, softly shapes the outline of the figure and prepares the project for detail work. A great tool for both beginning sculptors and experienced craftsmen.

Chisel can be used both manually as well as with haller or beater.

Chisels blade is made from reliable, high carbon tempered steel* and is able to handle both soft- and hardwood. Chisel is pre-sharpened and ready for use right out of the box.

Grip is made from hard ash wood, impregnated with linseed oil. Ergonomic handle design provides comfortable handling and does not tire the hand during prolonged carving.

The chisel is not suitable for woodturning!
