Adjustable router template 950 mm x 950 mm with accessory kit

Aluminium template for routing and cutting circles with plunge routers.

Functions:

• cutting rectangular openings (e.g. for washbasins, kitchen sinks),
• cutting circles,
• creating large rounded corners,
• creating grooves or cut-outs in worktops,
• decorative routing (e.g. routing doors and door fronts, machining decorative furniture elements, etc.).

1. Routing rectangular openings:

The template helps to cut openings or recesses with high precision.

Main features:

• made from aluminium profiles with a 50 x 17 mm cross-section;
• adjustable working area;
• smooth extension thanks to special connectors;
• quick and durable locking of the setting with knobs that do not protrude beyond the outline of the frame;
• laser-engraved metric scales on both sides of the profiles;
• clamping brackets for securing the template to the workpiece;
• required: bearing-guided router bit or any guide bush.

2. Circle-cutting function:

The set with the template includes two special components – a centring attachment (mounted in the centre of the circle) and a guide ring. Mounting both components turns the profile from the set into a true circle-cutting jig for the router.
