This double-sided, flat-faced sharpener is an extremely effective way to sharpen and polish carving tools. Especially recommended for maintenance of knives with straight, flat blades, chisels, etc.

The sharpener is made of durable ash wood impregnated with linseed oil and has two working surfaces covered with natural cowhide. Using the polishing paste from the set, the polisher perfectly finishes, finally sharpens the utensils and polishes their surface to a shine.
