Multifunctional Aluminum Angle Guide for 19mm Grooves with Play Adjustment

A solid, versatile angle guide for saws and routers equipped with 19mm grooves.

It consists of:

• A slide with a width of 19mm and a thickness of 9.5mm with play adjustment;
• An adjustable angle head;
• An arm with a length of 450mm;
• A stop with a removable foot.

The arm is made from an aluminum profile with additional protective covers on the cutting side.

With this guide, you can perform the following tasks:

1. Angle Cuts:
   The angle can be adjusted from 60 to -60 degrees. The guide features an adjustable head and a locking mechanism. It has a pivoting latch that engages with a notch to lock the head at the desired angle. Locking is achieved by pressing the latch and tightening the brass knob. The head has a clear, precise, engraved scale.
   The main locking notches are spaced every 5 degrees (+2 additional points at precisely 22.5 and -22.5 degrees).

2. Groove and Tongue Joints:
   The guide allows for precise creation of tongue-and-groove joints. This is facilitated by a hole in the guide rail through which the blade passes. This area is equipped with two feet with adjustable spacing, used for transferring measurements and creating regular grooves.

3. Dado Joints:
   The stop allows for setting the maximum cutting/routing range, which can be duplicated on other pieces. This helps to create precise dado joints without play.
