Aluminum jig for creating durable furniture joints using a router - a perfect tool for fast and precise creation of mortises (10-60mm wide) and perfectly matching tenons.

Designed for repeatable precision, the jig includes all essential components: a 6mm shank router bit and guide bushings in 6, 8, 10, and 12mm sizes. This complete, time-saving system is dedicated to both DIY enthusiasts and professional woodworkers.

The jig is mounted directly to the workbench, ensuring maximum stability during operation. With its adjustable range, the template accommodates stock thicknesses from 10mm to 40mm. Interchangeable guide bushings allow for routing the tenon on the first workpiece and the corresponding mortise on the second.
