The jig helps cut hinge recesses on both the door and frame sides. With an adjustable aperture and door attachment, it accurately sets both width and depth, ensuring the hinge aligns flush with the door and frame surfaces.

The jig accommodates hinges ranging from 50-127mm in length and hinge leaves from 6.5mm to 35mm in width.

The body is crafted from high-quality high-pressure laminate and aluminum and includes engraved markings for easy setup.

An end stop controls a 3mm gap between the door and frame, essential for proper hinge closure.

This tool is ideal for both hobbyists and professionals installing frames on-site. It reduces the time needed for marking hinge locations and ensures precision and repeatability.
