How does it work?
The sled consists of a base mounted on a 19mm glide and an adjustable arm for setting the bevel angles, equipped with clamps. The entire jig is placed in the 19mm slot of the saw (e.g., DeWalt 7485, 7492) or directly on the table, based on the longitudinal guide rail. The workpiece is placed on the sled base and secured with the clamps. This ensures safe, precise, and repeatable sled movement.

Key Features:

• The sled base is a 28cm glide with gap adjustment, suitable for 19mm grooves (e.g., DeWalt 7485, 7492). The glide ensures smooth and safe movement during cutting, and the sled will always move parallel to the saw blade without needing an additional guide.
• The guide also allows direct use on the saw table if no 19mm groove/profiles are available, based on the longitudinal guide.
• The sled glide has 3 pins that reduce play in the groove/profile.
• The base is made of high-quality MDF with white laminating.
• The tool includes an arm with an adjustable angle – from 0 to 24 degrees.
• The sled has two clamps that keep the material securely in place during cutting.
