The Shinto Rasp is a unique Japanese tool in its design. The rasp blade is composed of saw-like strips arranged in a lattice pattern. One side of the rasp features fine teeth, while the other has coarser ones. The lattice structure prevents clogging, as shavings pass through the open grid.
This SR30 model has two handles for more convenient use. The rasp blade can be unscrewed and reversed depending on the need.

The ergonomic handle is made of rubber-coated plastic, providing non-slip properties both when used with bare hands or gloves. The additional handle allows for two-handed operation, offering greater efficiency.

Ideal for use with: wood, soft metals (non-ferrous), plastic, and drywall.
