High Steel Bench Dogs (50mm) for 20mm Holes - 2 pieces - DOG UJK

These high steel bench dogs (50mm) are designed for workbenches with 20mm holes, compatible with tables such as Festool MFT/3, Wolfcraft, and others.

By using the 20mm hole grid on your workbench and arranging a combination of low and high dogs, you can achieve excellent positioning of the guide and workpiece, making it easy to perform precise and repeatable cuts at 90° and 45° angles. To create a precise hole grid (for your own multifunctional workbench), we recommend the PSG UJK system.

In addition to serving as stops and positioning elements, bench dogs can have various functions. They are also excellent as templates for guiding a router in a circular motion (compass).

The flange collar of the bench dog fits best with chamfered 20mm holes, allowing the dog to sit perpendicular to the work surface and ensuring the collar fits flush with the surface of the table. A hand router (chamfer bit) or a router with a tapered bit can be used to create a small chamfer on the hole.
