Expanding Dogs UJK Steel Low Dogs (60mm) for Workbenches with 20mm Holes - 2pcs.
 
Professional Expanding Dogs are a new line of well-known and recommended woodworking accessories from UJK. It combines the practicality of the simple low dogs UJK (SKU: 105311) with the professional and reliable installation of the Super Dog UJK (SKU: 104302).
 
Expanding Dogs are made using CNC technology from 303 stainless steel by UJK in the United Kingdom.
 
The accessories feature a special collar, which, when inserted into the chamfered 20mm holes, helps stabilize the dog in the worktop while not taking up space between the dogs.
The locking mechanism in this line of dogs is designed to eliminate small deviations in hole diameters. The detachable 20mm spindle has special rubber rings (o-rings) that assist in stabilization, preventing the dog from slipping out and damaging the hole. A slight tightening of the top part of the dogs locks it in the hole and eliminates any play to zero.
 
 
These multifunctional accessories used on a precise grid of 20mm holes will work great as:
- stops for direct material processing on the MFT table;
- positioning elements;
- stops for rails/guides (Festool rails, Milescraft, Progrip guides, etc.).
