SET Expanding Dogs UJK - steel clamps for workbenches with 20mm holes - 8 pcs in a case.
 
Professional Expanding Dogs clamps are a line of woodworking accessories from UJK. They combine the practicality of the low UJK clamp (SKU: 105311) with the professional and reliable mounting of the Super Dog UJK clamp (SKU: 104302).
 
Expanding Dogs clamps are made using CNC technology from 303 stainless steel by UJK in the UK.
 
The accessories feature a special collar that, when inserted into chamfered 20mm holes, helps stabilize the clamp in the worktop while not taking away space between the clamps.
The locking mechanism in this line of clamps is designed to eliminate slight deviations in hole diameters. The removable 20mm shaft has special rubber rings (o-rings) that facilitate stabilization and prevent the clamp from being pulled out, thus not damaging the hole. A light tightening of the upper part of the clamp locks it in the hole and eliminates play to zero.
 
These multifunctional accessories applied to a precise grid of 20mm holes are excellent for:
- stops for direct processing of material on the MFT table;
- positioning elements;
- stops for rails/guides (Festool rails, Milescraft, Progrip guides, etc.).
 
The set includes clamps with working heights:
  • 2x - 60mm
  • 2x - 40mm
  • 2x - 30mm
  • 2x - 10mm
